"Gorilla On A-Capella" - Spoof of "Umbrella"

I'm back (Yes, already) with another spoof (Oh, how I love doing this!). Okay, it hasn't been really long since my last spoof - Hungry No More, but I really like doing this, and will be spoofing/parodying songs more often now! LOL.

And I had this song "Umbrella" in mind since long. But I really wasn't sure how I would make a spoof on it, and most importantly, what to title it!

At first, I had decided to title it "(You're My) Cinderella", but that title didn't ring any funny bells in my mind; besides, it would have been near impossible to create a comical situation with a title that sounded so mushy!

So, I heard "Umbrella" two nights ago (probably for the second time then, 'cause I'm not a R&B/Hip-Hop fan) and came up with "Gorilla On A-Capella".

"Gorilla On A-Capella" tells the tale of an aspiring Hip-Hop/R&B artist - Swingianna (don't ask me how I came up with that name; it was random :D) and her tryst with her (ex)boyfriend Lay-Z (a HUGE fan of Jay-Z)!

Lay-Z fell in love with Swingianna the first time he saw her in college. But when he learnt more about Swingianna's hygiene and food habits, and actually heard her sing, he decided to distance himself from her!

Crestfallen, Swingianna decides to change things and make Lay-Z regret his decision to leave her!

Sounds a little serious, doesn't it? :O
